Registration is deemed complete upon receipt of the required deposit payment. By
completing registration, the participant enters into a legally binding agreement with the
retreat organizers, even in the absence of a physical signature. Participants must be at least
18 years of age at the time of the retreat to attend.
All retreat fees are listed per person and are applicable at the time of registration. The
retreat price includes:
● Accommodation in a twin or double room at a 5-star wellness hotel. The price is per
person, regardless of whether you are traveling solo or sharing the room with a
partner or family member
● Daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel
● All culinary workshops as listed in the retreat itinerary
● Scheduled dining experiences (including market tours, cooking classes and
wine-paired meal)
● Local transportation for all retreat activities plus airport pick up and drop off
● One private boat excursion with private catering
● Guided jungle hike and elephant sanctuary visit
● One 90 minute Thai massage of choice
● Optional wellness program at an off-site spa
Any additional personal expenses (e.g. insurance, travel costs to and from Phuket, visa if
necessary to enter Thailand, minibar charges, optional spa treatments, personal shopping,
additional excursions, alcohol consumption other than the organised wine-paired meal etc.)
are the responsibility of the participant.
Participants are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upon registration to
secure their spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the
retreat start date, no refunds are applicable after this date.
No refunds or discounts will be provided for late arrivals or early departures from the retreat.
